Our Leadership Team

Over the past few months, we at CARUSO have been shaping a new chapter 🌈. Since beginning of 2026, a renewed internal structure has been officially in place, a change that reflects how we’ve grown as a team and how we want to move forward. 💪

As part of this development, our management team has taken on a new form, and we’re excited to welcome Tina Rauschenbach as our new Head of Customer Experience and Sales (before operating as two separate departments, now merged into one unified team), Andy (Valentin-Alexandru) David as Head of Platform Engineering, and Micha Weißer as Head of OEM Integration and Projects. Their energy, experience, and vision bring fresh momentum to our leadership.

We’re equally proud to see two long‑standing colleagues take on expanded roles: Jens Knodel, now Director Platform, and Christian Webel, now Director Solutions. Their deep expertise and dedication have been instrumental in shaping CARUSO, and we’re thrilled to see them continue driving our mission forward in these new positions.

This structural step strengthens our foundation and opens up space for new ideas, new collaborations, and continued growth. We’re excited for everything ahead, together! 😊
