That’s why our Platform team has been diligently developing our new API Status page—a user-friendly, real-time information source for our customers. This page provides comprehensive status updates on our APIs for Connectivity Check, Vehicle Management, Data Delivery, and Consent Management. Furthermore, it also provides information on the status of the APIs of data suppliers.
Our user-friendly web page visually represents the status of our APIs using the traffic light metaphor:
– 🟢 Green: All systems good, no incidents detected.
– 🟡 Yellow: Issues detected, investigation underway.
– 🔴 Red: Major ongoing incident, regular updates provided.
Our page also comes along with a notification system where information can be shared centrally with our customers to inform and communicate on:
– Incident alerts (under investigation, created, updated, resolved).
– Scheduled downtimes or maintenances, etc.
– Updates on new/deprecated features and data products.
